Unlike the majority of service providers in our local area, Mach4 Computer Services Ltd provide 24 hour service for 7 days a week. Our valued customers know this, and we have also gained new customers in the last 3 weeks because of our availability and willingness to put customers needs first. If we can do it we shall!!
Our recent advertising campaign in ‘Local Eyes’ has also paid off and has certainly improved our catchment area, where there are no other advertisers for computer services, or providers are unwilling to attend in remote areas.
We have also paid for enhanced advert’s in Yell.com and 118 247, but these have only generated one hit so far and the contract will be reviewed closely.
120GB recovered from a failed external hard drive for under £100!!!
The drive was removed and reinstalled in a caddy and, using specialist software, we were able to recover almost 100% of the clients data and install it onto a new external drive (supplied by the client).
The client was unable to find any other local computer services that would accept the task, but we only charged for time, unlike other companies who charge by the GigaByte!!
The client was so pleased that they supplied us with a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine; this warrants a discount the next time they use us!!
For call outs for computer repairs, upgrades, or home installation of those technical Christmas presents, we will attempt to meet demand whenever possible over the Christmas period. We do not, however, keep a large stock of replacement parts, but will carry out normal services within the bounds of availability. Call us first!! We’ll match Santa for service!!
